To ensure the safety and security of our community, we require a $55 Background Check Fee for every adult occupant (18+). - 02We are a 100% keyless environment. To receive your unique Smart Lock codes, you must first upload your utility confirmation numbers (Loudoun Water and Dominion Energy) to the Resident Portal. Once verified, your personalized codes will be automatically released to you via the portal on your move-in date.
- 03We prioritize transparency for all our Partners. To protect your security deposit, we require all residents to complete a digital walkthrough—capturing high-resolution photos and videos of the property’s condition—within 5 days of move-in. This ensures that any pre-existing issues are documented, protecting your financial interests at move-out.
- 04To ensure our Intelligent Support team can focus on high-priority mechanical emergencies and structural integrity, Residents are responsible for the first $100 of any minor or non-essential maintenance. This includes items such as lightbulb replacements, battery changes in smoke detectors, or simple toilet clogs. By handling these minor "nuisances" directly, you ensure our system remains lightning-fast for the high-priority repairs that affect your comfort and safety.
